As a distributor of equipment, it is our duty to maintain adequate shop and field SERVICE FACILITIES. We must maintain service equipment, and tools, staffed by capable, willing people. This will assure our customers get maximum performance and economical operation from machines purchased or rented from us.
It is also our duty to perform a PARTS service for our customers. This is done by maintaining an adequate supply of fast moving and insurance parts for the machines we sell. These repair parts must be available to our customers night or day. We must remind ourselves that Down Time is bad and can be very expensive to our customers!
Another of our duties is to perform a SALES & RENTAL service. We sell and rent only the products which will prove beneficial to our customers in a type and manner which can be afforded. We would be of no service to a customer to sell or rent a machine twice as large and expensive as needed.
